Hi ,
hello to everyone. My name is Rudolf, called "Rudi". I live nearby Bremen, a city in the North of germany. First, i have to excuse my really bad english and my limited vocabulary. I hope my old english teacher will never see this forum! I'm a relativly old beginner in karate. Two years ago my little daughter started with Shotokan-Karate. A few weeks later i talked to the trainer, and he said "..try it, it's never to late to learn karate..". I was always fascinated by Karate, and so I started with Shotokan, too. A few months later i went to my first course, which was the AKS-meeting in Holzminden 2002. I believe, I was the oldest student, but I'm sure, i was the lowest grade with my white belt! ;D Now i'm nearly 44years old and a 7th Kyu (orange belt) in Shotokan and AKS, doing the first steps of this neverending stairway. I train twice per week Shotokan, and if possible AKS together with the AKS-Section of Hildesheim, or on weekend at training courses from "Teddy". I also started a bit with Ju-Jutsu, as a supplement to the normal training. OK, I think for my first posting it's enough, again, hello to everyone.
